What we collect
We collect the information you give us to prepare your returns and keep your books: names, contact details, tax slips, financial records and the details the CRA and Ontario require. We collect only what the work needs.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the services you ask for, to meet our legal and professional obligations, and to contact you about your file and key tax dates. We do not sell your information.
Where it is kept
Client documents are exchanged through our secure client portal and stored with Canadian and North American service providers under contract. Access is limited to T4 staff who work on your file.
Email from us
We send deadline reminders and updates to clients and people who have asked to hear from us. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and we will stop within 10 business days.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as the law and our professional obligations require, then dispose of them securely.
Your rights
